SHIPPING & LOCAL/EVENT PICK UP OPTIONS
1. Shipping Options
We offer two convenient options for receiving your orders: shipping and local pickup if you reside in the San Diego Area (North County SD).
a. Shipping: You can choose to have your order shipped to your address. We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. Please select the appropriate option during checkout.
b. Local Pickup: For customers residing in San Diego County, we provide the option for local pickup. To arrange local pickup, please contact us, and we will provide you with a coupon code to remove the shipping cost.
c. Event Pick Up: For customers who would like to pick up an order at an event, please contact us, and we will provide you with a coupon code to remove shipping cost.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders within North America, including those in California, are shipped from our California location. We use the following shipping methods:
a. California Flat Rate - USPS: (tracked, approximately 2 - 8 business days within California)
b. US Flat Rate - USPS: (tracked, approximately 6 - 10+ business days, depending on your location)
c. International Flat Rate 1: (tracked, approximately 7 - 14+ business days, depending on the country)
d. International Flat Rate 2: (non-tracked, approximately 10+ business days, depending on the country)
3. Shipping Insurance
All tracked packages are insured for replacement cost. In case of loss or damage during shipping, we will provide a replacement. Non-tracked packages do not include insurance.
4. Conditions for International Orders
For international orders, please note that duties, customs fees, and any other associated fees are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Additionally, if a package is deemed non-deliverable or returned, any additional shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment for residents of San Diego County. To arrange for local pickup, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to request local pickup.
- We will provide you with a coupon code to remove the shipping cost during the checkout process.
- Coordinate a pickup time with us, and we will schedule your visit to our studio.
If you are unable to make your pickup appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to make alternative arrangements or to discuss shipping options. To schedule a pickup time or for any inquiries related to pickup, please use the contact form on our website.
